We will supervise the entire process of comparative evaluation, objectives, site planning and engineering; manage administrative procedures and applications; and handle legal matters to obtain the necessary approvals. We are familiar with the ever-changing guidelines and will make certain the entire process runs smoothly.

Blackhorse Development is one of three LLCs—residential real estate, speculation, and commercial endeavors—wholly owned by our three principals. This versatility enables us to offer sites to potential clients who are interested in contracting us to build their new home. We currently have a selection of outstanding approved building lots that are readily available.
