Blackhorse Development, LLC, located in prestigious Fairfield County in Newtown, Connecticut has been in the construction business since 1986 and building quality homes since 1991. Much of the company's work is centered in Fairfield County.
With their unique skills and expertise, this one-time contracting crew now manages a thriving business. The three owner-operators work on every project to ensure the highest level of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. For years Blackhorse Development has maintained an excellent working relationship with many sub-contractors providing a seamless project experience to its customers.
Tim Blakeman and David Hayden are Newtown natives, and David Abrams is from northern New Jersey. Together they make a strong team with each having his own area of expertise:
- David Abrams - Proven track record with large scale land and commercial development projects.
- Tim Blakeman - Solid reputation with two decades of on-the-job homebuilding and contracting experience in the local area.
- David Hayden - Highly skilled at general contracting, project management and client relations. His project execution skills range from full renovation to smaller, detailed projects.
